How often should I service my Chewie?

To keep Chewie performing at its smartest, we recommend a single annual tune-up. Our technician updates your firmware, inspects wear-and-tear components, and calibrates sensors - so your AI always runs like new.

How often should I replace filters and additives?

Plan on a OdourShield Carbon Cartridge every year and a new Regen Soil Starter Additive Pack every 3 months. We’ll send gentle reminders and offer auto-refill subscriptions so you never miss a cycle - because Chewie works best when you forget it’s even there.

What warranty comes with the Founders Edition?

The Chewie Founders Edition owners enjoy an elevated 24-month on-site limited warranty (versus the standard 12-month term). That covers parts, labor, and firmware updates - plus our concierge support answered in two rings or fewer.

What are the consumables for Chewie?

Chewie requires an OdorShield Carbon Cartridge (replaced annually) and Regen Soil Starter Additive packs (topped up quarterly).

When will I receive my Chewie?

For the initial release, only 1000 Chewie units are available, with deliveries starting on October 20th, 2025. We'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

What is the cost of these Chewie consumables?

A standard OdorShield cartridge is ₹999. Regen-Soil additive packs are ₹349 each. For the first 1000 customers, every Chewie ships with a full year's supply of both an OdorShield cartridge and Regen-Soil additive packs. This means nothing extra to buy for your first year of use.

How do I cancel my ₹999 pre-booking deposit?

Your ₹999 is fully refundable up to 30 days before your scheduled delivery. After that, it converts to store credit toward any Chewie model or accessories - and you can transfer it once, hassle-free, via your online account or a quick call to our team.

Can I get a Chewie Founders Edition unit?

Yes, if you're a Bengaluru customer, you can secure early access to one of only 50 "Chewie Founders Edition" units, with deliveries starting August 15th, 2025.
